All product information and photos are given in good faith to provide an indication of the performance and appearance of the product. Any minor or immaterial variations in colour between the product description or sample sent shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor claim compensation.

Purchasers should consider the suitability of each product for its intended use, and the purchaser assumes all risks in connection with such use. Should you require professional advice or glazing surveys then you should call WF Glazing Protection Ltd on 0345 337 4751.

Safety Film is tested to BSEN12600 Class 2B2 by the manufacturer to categorise its performance level. It is not a guarantee against injury. A float glass window can only be certified to have been upgraded to BSEN12600 Class 2B2 where the safety film has been installed correctly and safety marked accordingly. WF Glazing Protection Ltd will not be liable for any injuries or fatalities occurring from glass breakage after the window film has been installed.

UV rays, visible light and heat are the main causes of fading. However, they are not the only causes. By reducing these elements fading can be greatly reduced but it is impossible to completely eliminate it. WF Glazing Protection Ltd will not be liable for any fading that may occur after the window film has been installed.

With the installation of any type of solar reflective film there is always a very small risk of thermal fracture of the glass. This is usually down to incorrect choice of film or existing damage to the edge of the glass. The range of films available on this website have been specifically chosen to have low stress factors on your windows. However, we do not recommend the use of internally installed solar reflective film on Georgian Wired glass or double glazed units if they are Laminated glass due to the increased risk of thermal fracture. WF Glazing Protection Ltd will not be liable for any glass breakage after the installation of window film. Should you require professional advice, glazing surveys or external grade solar films then you should call WF Glazing Protection Ltd on 0345 337 4751.

9. INVALIDITY
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

10. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.
